Why Trustline exists

What we do on your order
Trustline Carriers is a broker. We find a carrier for your car, check it, and stay on the order with you until delivery. We do not own trucks or employ drivers, and we never take hold of your car.
When you book, a coordinator takes your order and offers the car to carriers already running your lane. Before one is assigned, it has to pass the four checks of the Trustline Standard, covering its dispatch history, FMCSA authority and safety record, delivery record and cargo insurance certificate. The carrier that passes goes on your order page as a Carrier Card, with its company name, the driver and the driver's phone.
From there, an email goes out at every status change, and your coordinator answers any reply in the same thread. The driver inspects the car with you at pickup and delivery, and the photos and bill of lading go on your order page.
The carrier is an independent company and is responsible for your car while it is on the truck. If anything is wrong at delivery, the claim goes to the carrier and its insurer, and we give you the carrier's registration and insurance details to make it.
Based in Orlando, shipping nationwide
Our office is at 14199 Lanikai Beach Dr in Orlando, Florida, and coordinators answer Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern. Being in Orlando changes nothing about where we ship. Every order runs on the same order page, with the same coordinator from booking to delivery, whether the car is leaving Seattle or arriving in Boston.
Cars in the lower 48 move door to door and are priced on screen. Motorcycles, RVs, boats, and cars going to or from Hawaii and Alaska are priced by hand by a coordinator and emailed to you.

Every carrier passes the four checks of the Trustline Standard before it is assigned a car.

One page for the whole order
Carrier, driver and phone, each status with its time, the photos and the bill of lading, together.

An email at every change
Booked, carrier assigned, picked up, on the road, delivered. Reply to any one and your coordinator answers.
- 04
Documented at both ends
The driver inspects the car with you at pickup and delivery. If something is wrong, you get the carrier's insurance details for the claim.
Who answers
One coordinator, from booking to delivery.
A coordinator takes your order at booking and stays on it until the car is delivered. You know their name, and they know your car.
Your coordinator answers your emails, in the same thread.
A message left unanswered in business hours goes to a second coordinator.
